the database and Shubhlagnam.in may also send communication to the

- Theuser/customer

- Communication
with User/Customer:

as medium of communication with the user/customer. The customer agrees and
acknowledges that Shubhlagnam.in may by way of e-mail, voice call, recorded
call, SMS etc. provide information of additional / new services, other

shall be limited only to the amount of membership fees paid by the

including costs, charges and third-party claims arising if any whatsoever.
- Change
in Material Terms:

terms and conditions under which the services are offered through the website.
The user shall be responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and

- Termination
& Cessation of Services:
The user/customer agrees and acknowledges that Shubhlagnam.in
can unilaterally either by soumoto action or on receipt of any complaint from

misusing the platform for purposes other than finding a prospective lawful

and terminate the membership of the user/customer in case of breach or failure

furnishing any reason. Fees paid shall be forfeited on termination of

ceased immediately.
- Jurisdiction
& Arbitration:
The above Terms and Conditions shall be construed,
interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without reference to conflict of
laws principles. In case of any matter or dispute that arises between the
customer and Shubhlagnam.in, the proceedings and hearings before any court,
tribunal and/or judicial authorities shall be subject to Pune jurisdiction only.
